What is wrong with you? Look-I agree these dudes are being assholes. It’s not cool to shove a label on people and it certainly isn’t helping get bronies and furries to stop being dicks to one another but you and everyone else saying they should be hurt or insulting people over it are just as assholish.
 
Bronies and furries share a lot in common. Fact. Does that make bronies furries? No. What makes a furry a furry is if they WANT to CALL themselves one. Just like a brony is just a brony unless they (like me) also want to call themselves that, too.
 
It’s fucking simple. Respect peoples identities. Don’t shove labels onto people. Don’t generalize and hate on an entire fandom. Furries and bronies who hate on the other fandom are being hypocrites. Fucking be nice to one another. Both fandoms do a lot of good for people. Why can’t people just focus on that?

The fandom is based around a show that more or less portrays a utopia, and features a wide ensemble cast that viewers can get attached to and relate too. Each episode deals with some kind of moral lesson or view of the human condition, and as each season has come along has brought in more fantastical elements and exploration of new lands, new species, new civilizations, and new ideas. The series has an extremely positive outlook, and despite flaws in both the world and its inhabitants, all the characters try to be better, and embody ideals to aspire to, and the show gives the overall message that things can get better and that people can make it better.
 
So yes, I say Bronies are a lot like Trekkies because Friendship is Magic is a lot like Star Trek.

Thing is, the guy on the right is correct, bronies are diet furries, they consume a very specific kind of furry content. Also like most other diet things, it is much healthier for you :^)

I dont think they have a date picked out yet, but I hear you. I can make it to the con that is a few towns up from me, but it is just too expensive for me to make any others…

Honestly, I think Bronies have more in common with Trekkies than with Furries.

Ohh… Wait… Multi-generation Con? But I don’t go to cons. How would I supposed to join the con if I’m not able to go there? I mean I’m really into for Multi-generation thing. But it’s just that I can’t be able to go to cons due to school work if the con happens to be in September or August.
