For the filly on the left, guess she could be called Rosy Gold (after a cultivar of mangoes).
 
As for the colt, maybe Gray Shade?
 
Now I remember, that filly showed up before. She was the one holding the carrot dog in Rarity takes Manehatten.

The name of the stallion in the last picture is Diamond Cutter and it is an official Hasbro name.

The fillies with Applejack are Ruby Pinch and Peach Fuzz, and the latter was in The Cart Before the Ponies. Given they have less fanart than Octavia, I don’t blame people for not tagging them.
 
The brown mare in the second screencap is new. Maybe we should make her a relative of Brown Sugar?

Page Turner? I know that name doesn’t really match a quill cutie mark, but I don’t think there’s any law that says the name has to reference the image exactly.
