DoublePipe
The tags “upvotes galore”, “downvotes galore” and “wall of faves” have been a subject of controversy on the site due to their loose definitions and the need for user intervention when they are added or removed from an image. In addition, their purpose is already served by our search syntax. Searching for score.gte:200 will return all images with a score of 200 or above.
With this in mind, the site staff has taken the decision to deprecate these tags and they will be removed at a later date. Using the search syntax instead brings with it a couple of benefits, including the ability to easily set your own score threshold and results that are always up to date.
Examples
score.gt:250 - Returns all images with a score above 250
score.lt:0 - Returns all images with a score below 0
score.lte:-50 - Returns all images with a score of -50 or less
faves.gte:300 - Returns all images with 300 faves or more
Modify these as you wish and add them to your complex filter or watchlist search string. Check out the search syntax page for more options.
tl;dr
Use score.gte:200 in your watchlist search string/search query instead of “upvotes galore” and score.lte:-50 instead of “downvotes galore”.
