There!  
Sheesh, Celestia is quite the hassle to vector. To anyone else who has done so, I feel for ya.
 
Anyway, according to my rough estimate based on the same screenshot of Trouble Shoes and Applejack as last time, and this screenshot of Celestia and Twilight, it seems to me that Trouble Shoes is… well, still a giant. If you include her horn, then she might be a little taller, but as far as I can see he is larger in every way. Maybe if you include her mane and tail to her total mass, she would outweigh him. XD

People can mutually agree to do something that is wrong, yes. Oddly enough, that doesn’t make it right. I’ll assume that it is just as “plausible” that neither of them would be shameless sleep-around types.

If both parties agree, what’s the issue? Celestia’s a big mare, with both needs and no (seen) paramour, so she can take the initiative when she want with her sex life for a night of fun. Granted, I don’t headcanon that she does that frequently (or even at all recently), but it’s definitely plausible.
