That’s like saying Lake Superior is a little smaller than the Atlantic Ocean.
I’ll take the compliment.
All I’ll concede is that you’re a little less bombastic.
Well, I have to admit that, yes, I am insane by expecting different results when repeating the same thing (arguing with feminists). Please, though, be polite enough to not misdiagnose me with what Tex has.
Female Infanticide due to the One Child policy.
Honor killings when a woman in raped.
The way women are treated in Saudi Arabia in General.
Now for the west:
The fact that only men are effected by the draft.
The fact that only men are allowed on the frontlines STILL.
Female preference in custody battles.
Belittling of rape victims in some (emphasis on SOME) Deep South areas and the total obliteration of male rape victims EVERYWHERE.
Under representation of women in video games and movies (yes, it’s minor, I know, but it’s there for completeness).
>Middle east. Asia.
I can name random ares too. Speak clearly, define your issues, don’t try to make others go i to snipe hunts because you don’t care to explain yourself.
Middle East. Asia.
Real issues not invent out of desire for non-equality to readdress some mystical wrong committed by proxy by modern people? No, no there isn’t. You can feel free to name one which isn’t a result of completely different factors or a desire for a right which never existed.
Just when I thought no one could breach the Kassarc/Tex levels of insane when it comes to gender issues…
Are you seriously trying to tell me that there are NO lingering social issues involving gender, neither cultural or institutional, directly spawning fromtraditional gender norms?
It’s still bullshit and a problem as imaginary as the previously mentioned aether, so that only goes to further illustrate the whole “newspeak” thing also mentioned before, were language is manipulated to talk about one concept while presenting it as another.
Now, see, there’s a nice, neutral term that doesn’t try to cast blame on any one party.
I think “gender traditionalism” is far more apt then “patriarchy”, at least in the west.
It also leads to the privileging and special treatment of women, and apathy towards men. And it’s done by both men and women.
This is why choosing “patriarchy” is a deliberate attack on men.
That’s not what I’ve heard from actual feminists. The way they say it, the “patriarchy” isn’t some intentionally ridiculous evil conspiracy, it’s a set of cultural norms and biases which lead to the disrespect and mistreatment of women in ways that are often subtle and subconscious.
I want to have Karen’s babies.

Wasn’t he chairman of NOW at one point? For a man to be in charge of THE “women’s organization” says a lot. But then he opened his eyes, broke rank, and they tossed his ass out and haven’t stopped trying to discredit him since.
You are quote-mining. Warren Farrel is by and large a respectable individual with exceptional academic credentials. He has a long history of firm support for liberal feminism while also rejecting radicals, conducts himself in a reasonable manner, and is more concerned with helping people than with overblown rhetoric.
I get it from my Colombian blood, whose literature is filled with sentences which grow in size to fully grasp the great depths of the beauty of reality and its people. I suppose missing the point comes from your ancestors.
