Lyrics:
As I lose myself to time I can’t help but stop and feel
How the time has gone since I’ve seen you go on
Sorrow comes through for the years that pass
Each year that I spent seeing youIt was so self-satisfying to tell my love to you
On the day we met, but it’s faded away
Each birthday of yours, that goes by each year
I honor with candles and tearsI believe in you, I believe in your mind
Though it’s been a whole year since I’ve seen you
I stay here for you, though the time piles on
No, I wait for youI would like to say “come back”, but I just can’t bring myself
To come to the door and see you in her arms
Those eyes of hers glow with a kind warm light
And draw me away from your ownI believe in you, I believe in your mind
With the knowledge you’ve moved on without me
You moved on with life and your memories stay
Oh, without me thereAll the memories come and they rush to me now
Of laughs and of dreams and of hopes long gone
There’s only one new memory in my mind
The thought of seeing you in tears[You said, I don’t wanna be with you anymore.]I believe in you, I believe in your mind
With the knowledge you’ve moved on without me
You moved on with life and your memories stay
Oh, without me thereI believe in you, I believe in your mind
Though it’s been a whole year since I’ve seen you
I stay here for you, though the time goes on
I wait for you

I just realised that your comments were originally on the upload with the whole radio play, but the comments have since been merged with this upload which only has the Already One Year song. Not sure why that happened.
I did get it from the download link, which might have been different back in the day. I don’t have a way to share a 55MB file, though.
While I can’t find a convenient mp3 download, I found a collection of FO:E material on the Internet Archive and they have this directory of the videos: link
You might be able to extract the audio from the files with the right tools. Sorry I couldn’t find something easier.
Edited
Is your copy from the Dropbox download link in the YouTube description? That link is now dead and I cannot find a downloadable copy anywhere else.
