I did get it from the download link, which might have been different back in the day. I don't have a way to share a 55MB file, though.
While I can't find a convenient mp3 download, I found a collection of FO:E material on the Internet Archive and they have this directory of the videos: [link]( https://archive.org/download/FalloutEquestriaCollection/Fallout%20Equestria%20The%20Radio%20Play/ )
You might be able to extract the audio from the files with the right tools. Sorry I couldn't find something easier.
