well, if, as you say, Twilight’s costume is a hint, the I will point out that it’s the same clothing Rarity outfitted her with in part 9.
But I’d really like to see Rainbow Dash enter the story (Applejack too).

Well, I’m not really going to go looking for where he might have said it and just enjoy finding out when it’s shown in-comic. Right now, though, I’m guessing either Rarity or Rainbow Dash. Unless we go for the old “it’s always the quiet ones” trope and it turns out to be Fluttershy.

And as I said, Twilight’s costume is a hint.
As a fan of car racing games, my first thought was racing livery, aka team colours/uniform, which seems to fit pretty well. Also a “livery stable” is a thing so stealth horse pun!
Yeah, it was the livery stable pun that was in my mind, since Juice is technically a horse. In US English it’s just called a livery (without the stable), they were widespread in the west in the late 1800’s. I think Juice is using it in the sense of team colours or a brand, since we know what the palace livery looks like - it’s what Cauldron Pauldron and the other guards wear.

Honestly, they should get him some real livery if he’s going to be doing that. It looks so weird every time one those guys walks into the various royal chambers in shorts and a t-shirt. You’d think at least Luna would be pleased to see them in some ridiculously outdated outfits that nevertheless include tights, or at least tight pants that accentuate all their suppleties.
And first time Twilight see him - “Go back to you normal clothes right now!”.

You got all these people guessing who our mysterious mare is … yet they could find extra info if they looked hard enough. ;) That is a pretty cool shirt he has, but I think it’s missing something, that gift shop should carry ones for all three of them. :B

Juice got a new shirt, yay! But gosh, all the multiple meanings of “livery”, not quite sure which one he’s aiming at.
And I notice Twilight very carefully chose which clothes to wear to subliminally put Juice in an agreeable mode (and, perhaps, to give us a hint?).
