Poor Fluttershy… Having to chase mean terrorists with guns against her will, carrying a heavy bag with another gun… Tired, sweaty, in heavy pain, the uniform suffocating her and the boots cooking her poor hooves. The sun practically cooks Fluttershy. On top of that Angel Bunny demands her to go faster, the terrorists won’t kill themselves!

And if you want a pseudo-logical explanation, pegasi, and also erf poners, have a limited sort of telekinesis with which they can manipulate objects near them, by bringing them in contact with their hooves, or, for some who are very practiced and dexterous, have learned to do it with their manes and tails.
MolestiaCelestia is also rumored to have a prehensile mane and tail.Oh really? I have evidence that says otherwise. XD
