your current filter.Well I’ve been using the Internet for nearly a decade, and I’ve never in my life heard or seen anyone use the term “console peasants” except for PC Master Race idiots trying to talk down to console gamers.
I’ve never heard anyone at all saying that the human eye can’t see “1-30 FPS” (again, whatever that means).
And I agree that people should play whatever games they want on whatever systems they want.

Firstly I used mostly commonly used and understand net terminology to describe person that needs to make up fake reason why his choice is better. No need to get triggered. If you like consoles, good for you, I don’t care, just don’t make up fake facts to make your choice look better.
Secondly, I know that human eye doesn’t work on fps base, that why I used it as example of stupid argument. Bc it was used as argument against pcs in more than one of conversations that I had.
My conclusion is:
Enjoy gaming on any and all platforms you want, don’t shun others with fake facts. The end. Goodbye. Have a nice day.
Firstly, the term “peasant” typically connotates that the person speaking has feelings of superiority over the person or people being spoken about, which in modern times just makes the person speaking sound like an arrogant asshole. So if you don’t want to look like an arrogant asshole, don’t call people peasants (unless you’re talking about a literal peasant, which is a pre-industrial era agricultural laborer or farmer).
Secondly, sight doesn’t work like that. “Frames per second” (or FPS) only applies to animation (like TV, movies, videos, video games, etc). Living beings don’t see things in frames, they see things in motion. Though the average rate at which the human eye perceives motion is roughly equivalent to 130 FPS, not 1-30, whatever that means.
||PS And no, 130 isn’t just a number I’m pulling out of my ass. I saw a video (albeit about five years ago) analyzing it, including estimates, hypotheses, and actual testing. ||
Console gamer- person playing on consoles
Console peasants- person making up fake fact to make his decision looking better. For example human eye can´t see over 1-30 fps. If you like your truly love your choice, don’t make these things up and just enjoy what you have.
There is a difference + I care what you are playing on as much as I care about size of your pants.

You watching something else than me doesn’t make you hipster, true. Interesting opinion, but there is a catch. Ya sorta contradict yourself a little bit their pal.
BTW I watched most anime on Animax when I was a young lad. So for all anime, I watched I didn’t discover that they are popular (or in your words ´´garbage and overhyped´´) like 8-10 years after I saw them. This includes Bleach (Which yes I finished watching online since Animax didn’t air more than few first season, but I watched it on the first website I found and didn’t pursue it any further than that), FMA, FMA:B, Death note and others which I can´t remember right now. Never did a cosplay, never been ´´annoying shit´´ about anime or talked about anime with anyone who doesn’t like it already (since I am hiding my interest in mlp from 98% of people around me it isn’t that hard just another thing on the list) and never spoken a word in Japanese, since English is enough second languages for me (my first language is Czech just for info). Nowadays I don´t watch any anime, but sure I am a weeaboo. Like I said only saw few and liked it.
