If anything… Space Dandy looks like Josuke. Seeing as how Diamond is Unbreakable ran in Japan’s Shonen Jump in 1992-1995. And Space Dandy was out around 2014.
Jojo is one of the oldest, and BEST Manga/Anime out there. Its inspired a lot of Japanese culture we see today. From Guile in Street Fighter, to fricken Paul from Tekken. Some good stuff! It was just hard to get over here because of the fact a large number of characters were named after famous bands or musicians lol
