It’s also become the go-to source for nearly every TV-Animated series in the US. You name it!
Did you even read my comment? How come no one ever does their own research?
Quack, quack.
In all seriousness, the source doesn’t say anything about traditional animation. I’d expect pony to be animated using some sort of CGI; probably not Flash, though.

You are blindly trusting Wikipedia? For all you know that could’ve been added by someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Besides, it would make no sense to change the style of animation. As for CGI, flash is CGI. But if you mean 3-D animation, You had no basis to assume it would be in 3-D, especially since job listings have stated that the movie would be animated into noo, You had no basis to assume it would be in 3-D, especially since job listings have stated that the movie would be animated in toon boom, A software which does both traditional and puppet mission, but is still a purely 2-D program.
Yes. This is 100% accurate from a list of Animated Feature Films of 2017, and I have seen the word “traditional” under the format of animation. So apparently Hasbro won’t CGI the movie. Here’s the link.
Well, I don’t see a horseshow with the secondary title “Equestria Girls” woth it, don’t you?
If it has no eqg in the title, then Sunset will not show up.
It’s not as if the show’s logo is any better. At least this one looks nice, unlike the one for the show.
He probably thinks the movie will be bad because the logo is boring.
Ok? What is your reasoning? Why do you feel the need to post that here? What does that have to do with this image?
Make that “Derpibooru Comments the Movie”
Internet Comment the Movie
Rated-R for profanities,racism,sexual deviancies,human sacrifices,no ponies etc etc)
Derail the Movie :3
And almost every movie I saw with the subtitle “the Movie” was pretty good anyways, so what could go wrong?
They’d simply turn the ’80s movie tag into
my little pony: the movie (g1)
.And for what? As long the movie is good and we have fun, who cares?
Exactly. Plus, did it ever occur to everyone here that some people actually LIKE the 80s? You know, since it was a time in which movies were like… TWICE as real as they are now?

FINALLY! Thank god I am not the only one who is sick and tired of the nitpicking the title gets (as well as giving a positive opinion on the title).
Yes, it’s the same as the 1986 G1 film. But so is the 2004 Spongebob movie as “The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie”, same thing with classic PPG as “The Powerpuff Girls Movie” and no one seems to complain about it.
