Felicia and Austin have similar personalities and have been very good friends to me, but seeing as though I’m straight and Austin is also straight, between the two guess which one I’m currently dating?
 
Same can be applied to race, while it shouldn’t be the main deciding factor in choosing a mate, if someone has preference to the aesthetic of certain race (some people prefer ebony or light dark skin, etc etc) is it really a crime for someone to look a partner who also fits certain preferences like being curvy, tall, has X skin tone, etc?

The media is passing around an absurd story on how White Americans are the Biggest Terror Threat in the United States… if you only look at total deaths from terror attacks since 9/11…

This is in response to the recent school shooting…and the shooter isn’t white. Or at least is only half white…
 
Needless to say I am pissed at the ingratitude. Whites are going to be a minority in this country purely because of this country’s openness to immigration. And what do we get for it? Demonization.

I don’t know. But it’s not relevant. The immigration policy is decided at the behest of the white majority (as the country used to be over 90% white)

personally whenever i hear americans complain about immigrants i can’t help but think back to the early days and wonder if the native americans had the same reactions.

It’s much dumber this time though. At least whitey colonized the land he was taking. This is just crossing a line and claiming benefits.

colonization fell out of favor (IIRC having colonies now is an embarrasment than symbol of power) then again buying it also frowned upon by white america (the fear that china will just buy the US, kinda like how people thought Japan will buy the US during their economic boom)

Because Mexico is an impoverished country with the immigrants coming in to escape from a life of crime and poverty, while the USA is the economic and political center of the fucking planet.

but in the colonizer’s case, they were forming the land to suit how they used to live in their motherland (that’s why a lot of native species of flora and fauna usually die out if the introduced ones get a hold of it). now, it’s pre-built, just replace the wall deco to suit their own tastes (rather than tear the whole building down and make a new one to suit their cultural upbringing).

Maybe it has something to do with their political parties. The same party won every election for more than fifty years (from 1929 to the 80s) with a margin near 70%, and that party –the “Institutional Revolutionary Party”

It doesn’t matter why they’re poor. The US fearing Mexico as if it’s some sort of nefarious foe that will raze it to the ground makes as much sense as fearing North Korea.
