Alrighty, sorry. Chill, dude. I wasn’t just targetting you with that response. (Some actually did get quite mad over Andy saying that.) I guess I’m just used to fans overreacting to things like that, and couldn’t tell you were kidding. (I’ve had my fair share of people overreacting to me.)  
Especially, sense some like to bash Andy Price, and Katie Cook lately, so I wasn’t sure if you were trying to start something about him.
 
I am kinda curious why Andy said that though.

I liked “One Bad Apple” personally, (despite Babs being a bit of a “karma-houdini,” as I said, but she did look like she felt bad for how she treated the CMC) but yeah, it was nice to see Babs got along with the others in episodes afterwords, and became Bloom’s “favorite cousin.”

Geeze. I mean, I was kidding at first, and only continued talking about it because Dirty Bit asked. That is the only reason I brought it up again. I certainly don’t believe Andy Price is some Saturday morning cartoon villain who chucks darts at a Babs Seed dart board. I am not, as you say, “fixated” on it, and hardly see how jokingly mentioning it once and then explaining it to someone who asked counts a “fixation”. If I started a board on it, or spammed every image done by Andy Price with a “LEAVE BABS SEED ALONE!” message, that would be fixation.  
But just for you, any time I make a post, I will add a message at the end that says:  
“Everyone is entitled to their opinion. They have the right to do so. I hope one day we will live in a world without war. Or criticism. Kumbaya!”

Maybe he really didn’t like One Bad Apple that much. I don’t blame him since I thought One Bad Apple was awful, but Apple Family Reunion and her appearance in the comics (outside of the second story in the 2013 Annual, which in my mind, doesn’t exist alongside the Holiday Special) has pretty much saved her.

Not an interview it was “Twitter,” >>729692 you seem to be a li’l fixated on that comment. While he’s entitled to his opinions, I guess it is kinda odd, (and a li’l unprofessional) for somebody to say something like that about a fictional harmless character, or admit they don’t like one.  
Especially, with a fanbase as passionate about their fav’ characters as this one. (Imagine all the drama if say Meghan McCarthy said she didn’t like one of the ponies.)
 
Y’know, Ian Flynn (writer of the Sonic & Megaman comics) admitted he doesn’t like Marine the Raccoon, (from “Sonic Rush Adventure”) but also said he doesn’t let his personal opinions influence how he writes his comics, and even admitted Marine is kinda fun to write for with how eccentric she is. Which is why he still uses her in the book, and because some fans like her.  
I’m sure Andy would still draw Babs if the writer required him to.
 
Still, it’s not like Andy’s the only person/fan who dislikes Babs. (And I doubt he has a dart-board with her face on it.) Some feel she was kinda a “Karma-Houdini,” or feel she was nastier to the CMC then Tiara & Spoon were. (At least those 2 never get physical. Like Babs would throw stuff at them, steal from them, threaten them, and such.) I suppose Babs was kinda easily-forgiven for alot, but I still kinda like her personally.
 
Nothing against Andy personally, in fact he’s my favorite artist on the comic. I think it’d be kinda unfair to hate him for that one opinion on the series, seeing how nearly every fan has a “worst pony” on their list.  
(Closest character to one I “dislike” is probably Gilda, but I’d love to see her come back some day. I also feel Sunset is getting a li’l overrated to ever sense she became a “woobie” in R.R., but she’s still kinda cool.)

During an interview, Price stated he would never do a comic with Babs Seed in it. Didn’t really explain why though.

This is pretty cute. I’m confused about the whole ‘Andy Price not liking Babs Seed’ thing, though.

This is not Babs’ first appearance, technically was in the EQG annual last year.
