I’d argue any move further away from ‘lawful’ doesn’t fit Blackjack. She was a security pony in her stable. And even if it was a pretty unjust system, she and her mother upheld the law according to what was deemed ‘right’ by them. P-21 fits chaotic much better because he was a victim of institutionalized rape and murder and rebelled against his Stable’s law to become free.

Right, and Goldenblood is no kind of chaotic. Good, neutral, evil… can maybe make a case for any, even if some are easier than others. But he fits into lawful or neutral much better than chaotic. He spent his career trying to set up a stable, permanent shadow government, for goodness sake.

Why does everyone put up Rampage as evil? She is neutral at worst and did so much good in the story that I would say neutral good is more of her angle. In the end she even has a final sacrifice moment, a sign of a good alignment hero.

I’d swap places between Rampage and Goldenblood. Rampage was never really evil unless one of the criminal personalities came out, while Goldenblood was a scheming manipulator who ultimately did a lot of harm.
