Can’t edit anymore, so I wanted to point out that I misaligned those names relative to the image. Lemon Zest and Sugarcoat should be swapped.
I didn’t watch Equestria Girls after I didn’t enjoy the first one (rather it loses all the magic and originality for me when they’re just humans) so any EqG exclusive characters I probably won’t know unless there’s a pony counterpart.
I’m honestly surprised you hadn’t heard of Indigo Zap.

The last laugh from Neighsay will happen when Indigo Zap appears out of nowhere and she is revealed to be a Shadowbolt.
That would make Rainbow Dash and the Wonderbolts jealous.

Nah. They’re just laughing at Lightning Dusts misfortune, which is pretty hilarious.
Of course Dusty was never a villain.
When I say redemption I mean that I want her on good terms with Dashie (friendly rivalry) and doing something heroic to prove her worth.
All she needs is the chance she should have gotten in the first place.
