Dusty certainly needs her redemption.  
Chryssy and the Dazzlings are not necessarily lost causes either (even if they will never be saints).  
Iron Will was never a bad guy.
 
I would like a redemption for Suri, especially since it is implied that she was a decent pony once who made similar experiences like Rarity and became bitter and shifty because of it.  

 
 
At least she seemed to be alright the last time we saw her.  

I’d like to see suri polomare reformed most of all. the top five are good at being evil, and don’t need reformation. in fact, sombra, chrysalis and the sirens would be totally ruined if they got reformed. about the only sympathy you could find for them if you really squeezed blood out of the stone is the sirens needing that gem in their chest for some important survival reason. neighsay isn’t evil, he’s just seriously offended. the rest are meh.
 
but unlike all the others, suri’s antipathy towards friendship may have seriously ruined her life. suri’s the one who’d hit rock bottom. you’d find her lying in a gutter somewhere waiting to die, and you just can’t help but sympathize with her at that point. she’s like… if trixie wasn’t a dumbass.
 
lightning dust could also do that gutter thing, but it’d be harder to sympathize since she’s still got a lot going for her: skills, speed, power, bravery. all suri has is… management, and she’s bad at management. I think suri needs to be reformed, while being reckless and rough around the edges is part of what makes lightning dust who she is, not something that needs to be reformed.

Having watched the episode, I guess Lightning is reformed now. I mean, she isn’t causing harm to anyone, and has her own group, so yay.
