Yeah, I was right to be afraid.

Aren’t you a bit afraid that we might be overhyping ourselves?

I don’t think she was given an unfair punishment. She was reckelss and remorseless through the episode. She knowingly put other ponies in harms way and did not care(before the balloon aswell). If she would have said “I’m sorry” or showed more remorse, then it would be different. She was kicked out because she was a danger to herself and others, and she never really cared. I will agree to disagree here aswell.

Even if she was reformed at the end, it was easy to miss. She didn’t care throughout the rest of the episode, and the waving bit could easily be missed or misconstrued as just feather ruffling or something else. She could even be waving to dash as a good-bye to a friend, and still not be sorry for her actions(cause she was never sorry for what she did during the episode, even though she knew what she was doing). The show would have to do more for me to say that she was genuinely sorry/remorsefull for her actions, which it just kinda portrayed her as uncarring and reckless the entire episode.
I must say that she completely failed as a captain.
Wonderbolt Academy was a total mess and it is about time that this mistakes will be corrected.
