It’s fanart based on the concept art. There were like six sets of the concept art. Derpibooru doesn’t let you upload the actual concept art or link to it.
 
However concept art can be very different from the final product. Like look at this Toy Story test animation.

I have feeling that those design are fake. Cause if it does then Hasbro would probably will announce what gen 5 look like

It looks like something done by someone on a 14 hour sugar high just before they fell into a diabetic coma.  
What is wrong with Pinky and Fluttershy’s eyes? They look like they have cataracts. Milky-white eyes do not look healthy.

I’m not in a hurry to see G5. It can wait a few years longer.
 
I think there is more than enough potential for at least 11 or 12 seasons without any loss of quality because there are lots and lots of great stories to be told.
 
For example there are countless characters that deserve to be revisited (Babs Seed, Diamond Tiara/Silver Spoon, Lightning Dust, Suri Polomare, the Pillars, Gilda/Gabby/Greta, Coco Pommel, Moon Dancer, Iron Will, Bright Mac and Pear Butter, Sky Stinger and Vapor Trail, Cheese Sandwich, Daring Do, Ahuizotl, Pharynx, Ms. Harshwhinny, Wind Rider, Gladmane and many others)
 
They can also show Scorpan, Grogar, Katrina, Zebras, Centaurs, Minotaurs, Abessinia and a whole heap of other things one day.
 
We still have to see the CMC Manehattan, meet other Zebras, hear more stories about AJs parents and learn more about Trixies past and her father.
 
Twilight can use Magitek to create a device that allows Scootaloo to fly.
 

 
Suri can be redeemed.
 
AND I want Rainbow to reconcile with Lightning and help her back into the Wonderbolt Academy.

Some casting gags would be great! The only thing it’s probably known about Gen 5 is that if Hasbro decides to give the seties’ rights to Karusel air it in Russia (like they’ve doing with Gen 4), it’ll keep Friendship is Magic’s current dubbing studios (SV-Double for the speaking and PiTone Sound for the singing). And maybe Gen 5’s Latin American dub will be done in Venezuela, since the new LPS series and Chomp Squad are being dubbed there.

BP basically described it before I could. They’re dragon/horse hybrids from Chinese mythology. Them’s Fightin’ Herds has one as one of them as a main protagonist and fighter.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she, Tabitha, and a few others return for G5. After all, Tabitha and some of the other current G4 voice actors did voice work for G3. Also if the Transformers fandom can have certain voice actors return in later incarnations, then I don’t see why MLP can’t do the same too. They’ll be nice little casting gags.

Ashleigh Ball will be returning (or at least has expressed interest in returning) but is sure to voice different ponies this time.

They will probably cast new voice actors, but they will choose those from Vancouver (just like Gen 4). I wonder about other dubs, mainly the one from my country Brazil. I really don’t want it to be dubbed in Miami (like Chomp Squad and probably Littlest Pet Shop: A World of Our Own).

So far, if they cast all new actors for G5, I had a thought on who would voice who.
 
Twilight Sparkle- Ashley Eckstein(AKA Ahsoka Tano on Star Wars: The Clone Wars)  
Rainbow Dash- Nika Futterman(AKA Asajj Ventress from Star WarS: The Clone Wars and Sticks the Badger from Sonic Boom)  
Applejack- Cree Summers(Elmyra on Tiny Toons, Black Arachnia on Transformers Animated)  
Fluttershy- Michelle Ruff(Etna from Disgaea, Cream the Rabbit on Sonic the Hedgehog)

Still trying to figure out Rarity and Pinkie Pie, though if I did cast an actress for Princess Celestia, I may bring in Tara Strong as a twist of irony.

Not at the moment, no. But like Twilight Nocturne said, it’s likely he’ll appear in the cast since he appeared in all incarnations of MLP. Plus there was concept art of other Dragons (and Longma) in the leaks too.

I’m sure that Spike will make an appearance at some point, he has been in all past incarnations of MLP.
