Did someone really added the “op is homophobic” tag only because the OP is showing hate for only ONE lesbian ship? It’s not like hating scitwishimmer/sunsetsparkle is enough to be considered as a homophobic person and there is no proof that he/she hate all the lesbian/gay shippings. Also it just say “do not want to be paired with >Sunset Shimmer< anymore!” which show that the OP would probably prefer some other Sci-Twi shippings other than just Sunset Shimmer

Well, SciTwiShim is a really good ship over the original SunsetSparkle as you can tell and this ship still on my ship list, but the one problem is, it’s priority is getting higher enough (because of the dA and Tumblr community, including this) and I think it’s time to lower it down, over the past days, I’m seeing this ship incoming WAY too much since my current OTP is now TwiStarlight (Not TwiDash anymore, boy!). And no, I’m not giving up with SciTwiShim yet nor filtering the tag, but I’m talking about the ship’s priority chance of incoming to this site should be lowered.

That’s an unfair stereotype honestly. Just because Applejack’s a southerner type doesn’t mean she’d be so bigoted. There’s plenty of liberal Texans. Sure she canonically had a fearful and stupid reaction to Zecora, which started the racist farmer memes, but so did all the others in town at first. If anything, her friends would likely make her more open minded.
