'Public*' tags should imply 'Public'.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Full list for the request:
 
@public sex  
public use  
public nudity  
public humiliation  
public masturbation@

But what about:
 
public service announcement?  
public restroom?  
public showers?
 
If you’re looking for the sexy stuff, you can still search for “public*” and eliminate the “this is just a public restroom” stuff with the rating tag. So I don’t see how adding a “public” tag to images with those tags adds any benefit.

To reword the original request,
 
exhibitionism description should be updated to reflect the wider scope of the kink (it doesn’t necessarily include public nudity), and  
following tags should be implying exhibitionism.

Oh - that I completely agree with.

PSA excepted, those are open to the public, but not necessarily in public. The ones I listed — public use possibly excepted — are all by necessity things done in public. An implication allows this to extend to things that aren’t necessarily outright explicit.
 
TL;DR: If it’s not in public, it’s not public sex, but a lot of the latter aren’t tagged with the former when they should be. That said, I’d also like to see exhibitionism included in the implication.
