Still you never know if they’ll change their minds, and give us an unexpected plot-twist.
Hey, until we see actual corpses/graves, they could be MIA for all we know.
I guess when you lose a loved one, it’s ok to be sad sometimes.
I’m also a bit surprised they had the guts to confirm once and for all the Apple siblings’ parents are indeed dead in the show.
(Though, the show-makers already confirmed this, this is the first time it’s mentioned in the show, besides the subtle “2 shooting stars” moment in “Apple Family Reunion.”)

Thankies, I’ve been trying. Most of the time I’m doing ok, but occasionally I still get sad about it, and miss him…
I saw a cute yet sad fan-animation/PMV on Youtube recently titled Applejack they miss you too.
(Amazingly, it was uploaded the same day the new “Crusaders of the Lost Mark” episode came out, yet it has a spoiler for it, I must warn you if you haven’t seen it yet.)

That line alone almost made me tear up, and especially hit home considering… Earlier this year I lost my Dad…
This year, I also recently hit a milestone in my life too much like the CMC. I got my first true job. (One not working for my parents, that is. And one I got myself.) I hope to think he’d be proud of me, even if it’s not a “glamorous” job…
I guess you could say I got my cutie-mark too. (I’m actually starting to get teary-eyed typing this now… It still hurts losing a parent…)
