At least they didn’t edit out the scene where Marty confronts Biff like the Disney Channel did. Not only was there no reason to remove the scene (the women in the hot tub are never in a position where anything is seen) but they got rid of some foreshadowing.
All movies should do that.
I remember hearing that with Ghostbusters, they actually filmed alternate takes of certain scenes specifically for the TV version.
Yeah it’s always better if they just make it go silent opposed to editing the dialogue. Case and point
Sometimes the censor is way worse than the original line || I remember a movie, CASINO I think, in which the line “Die Motherfucking Jew! is changed to “Die Moneyloving Jew!” ||
I don’t have Discovery Family, do they not just cut the sound off when someone swears?
