The nights he wept were the nights each one of his tears became bits and pieces of her phantom-like image. After so many weeks of mourning, she manifested from his sadness and returned unto him as a specter. Initially, he was frightened but after learning that she only wanted to spend the rest of her limbo with him, he grew more accepting of the supernatural occurrences throughout the home. To this very moment, he could only see her through the mirrors and glasses around the home, never directly. And even when he wanted to feel her at times, she would pass into his body and they would pretend as if they were a two-headed monster, causing him to laugh away his depression.
After those moments, she would spend the rest of her time dancing like she did the day they first met… until the next time he called for her.
