Ursaring is basically Snorlax but terrible. Its defenses HP is only base 90 and is backed by a pretty bad 75 defense AND special defense. So while Scrafty may not be able to OHKO Ursaring with nothing short of a high jump kick, that Ursaring sure ain’t gonna take out that Scrafty either considering Scrafty’s physical defense. If that Ursaring knew play rough through breeding it might have a chance but then again its a non-STAB, 90 BP fairy move that’s not even 100% accurate. And we haven’t even taken into account that Scrafty is likely running intimidate.

mega gengar’s will o wisp would ruin a Scrafty before it could do too much damage. Although attacking wise Scrafty could easily run sucker punch and ohko mega gengar and espeon. Not too sure about ohkoing Ursaring though. I can’t remember how bulky Ursaring is.

A good Scrafty should be able to sweep them.
