Maybe he meant this scene from the episode itself, or maybe he’s too special to realize we’re discussing Season 5 and has been trying to look for this scene in Season 1’s Episode 5, or he’s simply talking of the Illuminati symbol, which was alledgely inserted into a random torrent. XD
