I’d like to see the CMC adventure with the Mane 6 from time to time.

The themes seem to be cultivating to the “everypony’s a hero” finale. Not just ‘cause of Mayor Mare’s speech in E09, but from all those episodes with other characters being given a shared spotlight with a member of the mane cast (CMC included) like the Equal Four, Gilda, Luna, Coco, and yes, Big Mac, too. Them all doing the thing at the climax.
 
However, if the ending is not that and its another mane six save the day deal, that’s okay. Although, there’s still no clear answer to how the shit Cutie Mark Magic is any different from Rainbow Power. XD
 
Also, since late 2011, I’d consider each Crusader a mane character because for being alledged supporting casts, they tend to get focused on incredibly often. Which is a sign they are mane characters for reals… Oh, and the thing on the poster that implied they’re getting Cutie Marks. X3

Yeah, I’d like to see more secondary and background characters do more to help their world despite not being “chosen ones” like the Mane 6 are. I’m glad season 5 is doing more of ths from the beginning of the season when they had the Equal Town residents hep the Mane 6 against Starlight Glimmer.

Alright, enough of the insults.
 
It turns out that this has been foreshadowed since he dreamed he was an Alicorn. And considering the big guy doesn’t talk that much…he couldn’t tell AJ and the others how he truly feels about their heroics. Not a lot of people talk about their problems.

This, I’m not sure if it was intentional but it feels like these two moments really connect in a way.

After this episode the dream could be easily interpretated as Big Mac’s desire to be respected, loved, looked up to and admired which is something all princesses have in common (in universe, YMMV about what you think about them yourself).
