Description
Page 5 of my 40k crossover comic, The Staff Of Aurelian.
A necessarily text-heavy page. This explains what’s going on and why.
Also included here is a brief (and simplified) explanation of Warp Space from Warhammer 40k.
Not added it to the tags because there’s no actual visual depictions of anything from 40k.

No, dude, I’m totally fine with that. I tend to draw in that sort of artstyle as well.
It’s a bit more noticeable with Celestia though, because she does have a longer muzzle than the other ponies. I’ve drawn enough of the normal cast to get pretty consistent with them.
That said, there are human characters going in this story, and I’m badly out of practice drawing humans.
I will warn those following the comic, I do tend to draw in an anime style when it comes to human characters too.
Yea, muzzles are really easy to screw up. It’s like, I start drawing the face, then I spend about five minutes making sure I got the mouth and muzzle right.
Muzzles are frequently misdrawn. It must be a tricky part to get right.
Realized on the last page and early on this one, I was getting her muzzle too long.
Found a picture to work from for the 6th scene here, and it shows.
