That’d be because the artist fucked up and didn’t frame the document properly.
The only images I trust when uploading images here are PNGs or JPEGs. If I upload SVG files here, they’ll end up invisible.
Vector images (like SVG) do not have a definite size, and can be rendered at any arbitrary resolution. Raster images (like PNG) do have a definite size, and any changes in scale will cause error.
You don’t even know what size is, do you?
You have no understanding of how vector images work, so please educate yourself on what a vector is before proclaiming that this are of inferior quality.
