Good point, and she does have an elusive cutie mark. Nobody really knows what she does.
Your reasoning for Thunderlane being a changeling is actually one of the ones I use for Berry Punch being Lauren Faust’s canon OC. Almost everything that happens in Ponyville involves miss Punch, sometimes in a major way, such as her and Pinch winning the Sisterhooves Social or her house being the one dragged halfway across town by Big Mac in Hearts and Hooves Day.
Well, there are a few suspects. My first is Thunderlane, since he’s in a lot of major scenes (in the background) but never in full roles. My second would have to be Fleet Foot, but that’s only possible under the assumption she was the fastest known changeling.
That reminds me of that one fic where everypony in Ponyville was secretly a changeling, but then they couldn’t figure out whose side they were on.
Or invited as their disguise, and they dropped it due to complications? Let’s be honest here, we can’t trust everypony other there. At least SOME of them are changelings.
Well there was that one that for whatever reason was invited to Cranky & Matilda’s wedding. That one must have been pretty special.
…all the fics they inspired that go “unlike all the other changelings, so-and-so was a good changeling!”
But it’s not. Shining Armor was only dizzy and tired while being drained, while at the same time holding up a city-wide, anti-army force field and managing the Royal Guard.
The end result is the same though… the victims end up nearly husk-like, from what I can tell.
They’re not soul-suckers. That’s something Tyrek and Starlight do. They feed on love, which is only a beneficial emotion in Equestria, and even then, only on special occasions.
I don’t. I despise the little soul-sucking monsters….
Wha? That almost sounds like you don’t praise the swarm.
Makes me want to invent bug spray for these things.
