The only thing I found so far is that it was produced by Dentsu Entertainment USA (and Hasbro(?)) and airs on Disney XD with new episodes on Mondays, thus far, at 5 pm EST, with reruns Tuesdays through Fridays at the same timeslot.
What @Background Pony #9DC3 said is true. I think they gave Komasan and Komajiro a Kansai dialect since they rendered it as a Southern accent in the English dub.
It’s out. And I think the dub is coming directly from Level-5 And Dentsu. (And it’s pretty good)
