Actually, Anthony Warlow’s concept recording was made years before the production hit Broadway. Due to extensive rewrites and lyric changes, he passed on the opportunity to play the role of Jekyll/Hyde and it went to Robert Cuccioli.
Talking about Ink Potts’ animatics I assume? They’re the bomb, yo. I love me some The Count of Monte Cristo.

This is a different version than the one with which I’m familiar. I prefer the Robert Cuccioli version, which also had some very different lyrics than what I assume is a revised version.
