With the title of the piece being “Fillyhood Friends” I think that Dash’s teeth are the result of missing baby teeth, not stylization.

There is style and there is missing like half your teeth and having your nose in one direction and the “shadowing” to the other. Also, that doesn’t explain what is going on with the legs. If they are supposed to be crossed, something has gone very, very wrong.
