I’d say that myungsoo’s translation is a lot closer, though your translation of “Sugoi nioi” as “I love this smell” gets the intent down.
Sugoi is often translated as “amazing”, “awesome” and what-not, but depending on situation can mean stuff like “really” as well (e.g. “sugoi ureshii” = really happy).
I’d personally go with, “What a scent,” or “What a wonderful smell”, but that’s because I imagine those are words Rarity might go for.
