And some people need to learn to take a joke. I don’t particularly care for the Rainbow Power designs, but I’m not that fussed about them personally.
Implying you know the exact ratio of likes/dislikes on the subject.
Whatever opinion is more “popular” is irrelevant to me in any case, and should be to everyone else, liking or disliking the designs doesn’t make you objectively right or wrong, so who cares, it’s all a matter of opinion, I’m just saying that not “everyone” dislikes these designs or the concept in general.

The entire show is Hasbro’s toy advertisement.
Minimalistic beauty can be nice, but eye catching colors have their place too. It being gaudy or super colorful doesn’t mean it’s bad.
Sure, I would loathe it if it was their permanent coloration/design, but in small doses to emphasize the magical friendship nature of the transformation, I find it works wonderfully.

For kids, sure, it’s fine, it keeps their lust for pretty colors sated.
The hairstyles are fine, but why would they add extra color? The Mane 6 already have a full rainbow and more. Minimalistic beauty is where it’s at.

they are clunky, over designed with gaudy colors and no subtly, i have seen a dozen better designs from fans.
