Again, the last line has incredibly unclear handwriting. I think that’s フラタと並ぶと in there, so it would be
“She doesn’t car much about being small-chested, but she doesn’t like being placed side to side with Flutters.” (lit. Flutter, which is how abbreviating Fluttershy works in Japanese)

She’s flat as a board.
But her body is incredibly toned (and has muscles).
She loves to wear sports bras and boxer shorts/pants. (I have no idea if what she is wearing right now are called “boxer pants,” but they don’t look like boxer shorts to me.)
