kay? You know it’s not that big of a deal, and people make fun of OCs too much in my opinion, when they’re just as easy to ignore.  
I’m not defending anything here if anyone starts assuming that, I just think OC hate is pretty dumb. Any OC that looks different, or the same, as any other is made fun of and criticized, to the point where no one would want to make any OC that looks anything different than plain, boring, and brown, and that’s no fun.  
I just don’t see the point of criticizing OCs based on design. If they have a terrible backstory regardless of design and the creator shoves them into everything, then I guess go ahead, but don’t be biased!

It’s not just the colors. It’s the bat pony wings. It’s the alicorn horn. It’s the jacket. It just screams “EDGE!!!” from the top of a skyscraper.

Yeah, but I created her before I even knew the internet XD I had no idea there even WERE so many.
 
Plus she has a reasonable background for becoming an alicorn unlike most others.

I can see how people would call her edgy buuuuuuuut I like the design, she looks nice
