Twilight was on quite the sugar high the night Pinkie was made, and is still not entirely sure what all went in to her.

all of his colors are the same as when he first showed up! if you’re comparing it to the flashback, that had slightly lighter and warmer-toned colors overall. :B
There are a few other characters who are completely flesh and blood, the Cakes for example. There is a chart.(It’s a bit outdated, since we have had more characters since then. Twilight’s parents aren’t on it for one, but I think they are human.)
