This is great. After all the practice I honestly don’t even get the Uncanny valley feeling on this one any more.  
The eyes and hair look really good!

One of the things you should keep in mind about human eyes is that usually (when the person isn’t shocked/surprised) the top eyelid will cover the top of the iris. Twilight’s left iris is a bit too exposed, which makes her expression pretty intense.
 
I also gotta applaud your ambition. Realistic smiles like this are some of the hardest expressions to pull off (in my opinion at least).
