Ok, “realises” isn’t spelled right is it? The spell check on my browser says its wrong and that it should be “realizes.” Unless it’s a different spelling?
 
This magazine is for the UK market, realises is the correct way to spell the word, realizes is the American spelling.
 
Interestingly enough, my spell checker accepts both spellings.
