In my defense, this is the Equestria Girls universe, not the Friendship is Magic universe…

Wait… wouldn’t it make more sense for Twilight to be Iron Man in this reality if Spike is Ultron? Considering that Iron Man help with the creation of Ultron in the movie universe. I could also see her or Trixie being more of the Scarlet Witch, with lots of magical like powers but not fully trained in those way yet.
 
Also, just a personal preference, I hate the idea of Flash being Captain America. To me, the perfect Captain America for MLP would be Caramel, that one Earth Pony that does not seem to be good at anything. Give him the super soldier serum and he would still be a nice guy, just having the powers to be a nice guy and stand strong for what he believes in.
 
Another is Time Tuner could make a great Hulk, at least for the Bruce Banner point of view. Scientist looking dude, that gets hit with… gamma magic?
