Yeah, first thing that came to my mind, too.
………..And it’s scary how much it fits……
As I understand, it basically indicates that the image has no source other than Derpibooru. For example, I made this gif earlier, and uploaded here, but nowhere else. Thus, it’s a Derpibooru exclusive.
It means an artist who exclusively posts on Derpi before any other site.
