Not sure, really. The spinal cord would go down the middle of the critter, but that’s where its gut seems to be. If tatzlwurms have internal skeletons, they may not come with a spinal column.
How would an odd number of ribs even work?
I think the scales, fangs, and sheer scale are indicative of something closer to reptilian, opposed to the invertebrate creepy-crawlies that we’re accustomed to.
Probably more closely related to “Wyrm”, actually.
