The bones I don’t mind, but the skeleton is off. The Tatzlwurm’s head implies that the creature has trilateral symmetry, but the skeleton here has bilateral symmetry. Instead of having two sets of ribs, it should have three.

I think the scales, fangs, and sheer scale are indicative of something closer to reptilian, opposed to the invertebrate creepy-crawlies that we’re accustomed to.
 
Probably more closely related to “Wyrm”, actually.
