Does this “Harem” have any Nice Boat Endings?

NO! No harem! That genre’s so overdone and milked dry to the point that I can predict every possible scenario in it. Yes, Spike deserves all the mares, but I believe he deserves actual love a lot more. And before you tell me there’s love in harem, it sure doesn’t feel that way to me. I see a harem anime and it’s just overdone comedy and fanservice. No real romance there.

I’d think Pinkie’d be the Cafeteria Lady who slips Spike extra treats during lunch to cheer him up. She also provides food for school functions and parent/teacher conferences.

I’ve spent way too much time thinking about this picture. I decided the best plan for a Spike high school anime would have the Mane Six as his teachers and the Cutie Mark Crusaders as his zany classmates who compete for his affection. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon would try to make his life miserable but also have secret crushes on him.
 
Spike’s goal is to win Ms. Rarity’s heart, but rumor has it she’s in a relationship with Ms. Applejack. Rainbow Dash would be a coach who gives him advice. Fluttershy would be the school nurse he sees a lot of due to injuries caused by wacky shenanigans. Twilight would be his mom and the school librarian. She’d always unintentionally embarrass him in front of his peers. Not sure how Pinkie fits in.
 
There would also have to be another boy who outdoes Spike at things and boasts a lot, or else it wouldn’t be a school anime. Or maybe the premise is that Spike is the only boy in a girls’ school for some contrived reason. That sounds like a school anime thing.
 
Wow, I’m really putting too much thought into this.
