A rather unfortunate day for the citizens of Ponyville…….
Friends and loved ones became separated as everypony’s houses were flooded.
Luckily nopony perished as Obi the Elephant along with others, was glad to help rescue as many ponies as possible who got swept away with the initial start of the flood.
Here we see Obi about to save Lyra who has been stranded on BigMac’s yoke for a while.
Bon Bon is quite happy and relieved that she is alright.

I’m very proud of how this came out. This is the most ponies in a single drawing that I’ve ever drawn.
30 Ponies, 1 Dog, 1 Baby Alligator and 1 Giant Elephant.
A great challenge it was. Probably one of my most detailed picture to date.
This was my second contribution to “Friendship is Wild” charity art book, that will help with the conservation of endangered species around the world.
I was glad to be a part of this project! Because you know me, I’m into the wild life sort of thing, and I’d hate to see my favorite species die out along with others as well.
So of course I would part-take in this.

It’s not supposed to be vibrant. It’s supposed to be gloomy for the situation that’s going on.
Very nice job, especially on paper, each character is recognisable and all have differing expressions depending on what they are looking at.
It did take about 2 weeks to complete, but it was worth it!
It was a great challenge for me to draw as many characters as possible.
Reminded me of a ‘very old’ anime called ‘Project A ko.
The alien space ship in it gets shot down (you’d have to watch the film), but the (permanently drunk) captain’s clinging to the deck and yells “NO ONE LEAVES HERE UNLESS THE BOOZE, HAS BEEN TAKEN SAFELY OFF THE SHIP FIRST!!”
