He’s not as big a name I guess? Maybe they’ll use him for the next Fiendship if they do it again.
My predictions for the next one if they do it would be Sunset Shimmer, Discord, Ahuizotl, the Alicorn Amulet (with the art-parody cover based on Magritte’s “Son of Man” and having the Amulet in front of Trixie), and Starlight Glimmer. (Sunset and Starlight would make good bookends, with both being foils to Twilight but also able to serve as foils to each other.)
Because it is an extra special cover that has no Renaissance counterpart
