I was going to say something about how many times this image has been uploaded - but gawd dam - this is one of the lovable things about pregnancy. The mother to (contently looking) lazily napping is by far the hottest thing about pregnancy. The fact that this is animated throws it over the top.

Well done equuum and patch for this one. If animated scenes could be desktops.
