She did use her magic to make a pie out of snow and break the cart. There’s the potential, I suppose. I personally like to imagine that Sugar Belle and Party Favor would’ve been working together to make parties already if they’d met before giving up their cutie marks.

This is epic, but I do have one question out of random curiosity. This looks like it’s supposed to be a picture celebrating party ponies. I mean, we got Pinkie, Cheese, and Party Favor. But Sugar Belle? I mean, I like her, but I didn’t get a party pony vibe from her. Just wondering why she was chosen to be on here as well. Either way, glorious picture.
