man, i remember that one lengthy gamefaqs fanfic about how they actually faked his death.
 
the writing was so on point that a lot of people actually believed it was PLAUSIBLE that they did fake his death for a WM moment.

Noted. I’m not sure what sort of contract they might have thrown at him but hopefully it would have been enough to ensure that he stay on the straight and narrow to provide a comfortable living for his family. Ultimately, an addict has to want to give up their back-monkey before they will consider accepting help.  
I still get melancholy whenever I hear that Here Without You song on the radio. I miss that guy. He seemed like a beautiful person and almost everyone on the roster had good things to say about him.

the pg era has a stricter health plan and some of his antics are down right PGish (in a bugs bunny cartoonish way).

If the ghosts of his demons hadn’t caught up with him, I doubt he would have stuck around long after the PG era began. Rest in peace, ese. We’ll never forget you.

True fact about Eddie; he was originally going to be Shawn Michael’s opponent at WrestleMania 22, but the storyline involving the two had to be changed due to…well, you should know by now.
 
Can you imagine how a match between those two would have gone?
